The M.I.T. Social Networking Model For Mass Mobilization
This section reviews the structure and results of a contest sponsored in December 2009 by the research arm of the U.S. Dept. of Defense. Its purpose was to determine how on-line social networks could be used to solve challenging problems. A team from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology ("M.I.T.") employed an innovative approach to win this contest, using social networks on Facebook and Twitter to solve a time-sensitive problem-solving challenge.
The M.I.T. Social Networking Model for Mass Mobilization thus derived has been applied here to help expose and resolve MorganStanleyGate. This gives YOU the opportunity for a BIG PAYDAY with LITTLE EFFORT, and in the process, you will be supporting worthy causes. The details on how to participate are contained in the section that follows this one.

The Modus Operandi ("M.O."), i.e., How They Do It This section reveals how Morgan Stanley (with the assistance of Kirkland & Ellis) has employed "Machiavellian" tactics and a "take no prisoners" approach against perceived threats to their franchise. Also included is a history of how this came to be, who developed it, how it was executed in the past, how it's done now and why it became imperative to modify their approach.
Instances where these unsavory methods were inadvertently exposed to the public are explained in this section, encompassing high profile cases involving billionaire financier Ron Pereleman, and former employees Allison Schieffelin and Christian Curry.

Smears |

 |
Morgan Stanley's Smear Campaign The smear campaign Morgan Stanley mounted against Spencer C. Young in New York is reviewed, evidenced by the " 97 Big Fat Lies " revealed in its official Answer filed with the National Association of Securities Dealers ("NASD"), memorializing the industry-wide slander they propagated. The five BFLs analyzed in this section are what Mr. Young often heard from others in the CMBS industry, and were attributed to Morgan Stanley who instigated an audacious employment-related fraud against Mr. Young.
The information contained here is so compelling, it proves the existence of the alleged smear campaign and associated slander beyond all doubt, and this is why Morgan Stanley and Kirkland & Ellis went to extensive lengths to prevent his case from ever being heard.

More Detractors Recruited
Supplementing the localized smear campaigns targeting Spencer C. Young in New York and North Carolina, Morgan Stanley and Kirkland and Ellis ("MS/K&E") recruited additional detractors to further their efforts to marginalize him across the country. This section reviews a most unlikely new entrant -- a middle aged jazz singer turned notary on the West Coast who take prides in her notorious and exceptionally vitriolic blog.
This blogger adds to an ever-growing list of agents willing to compromise their integrity to carry out MS/K&E's dirty work and get paid (usually via barter) for doing so. Evidence is also presented showing Kirkland & Ellis' direct involvement.

The Importance of Reputation
This section underscores the importance of reputation with a poetic work derived from quote attributed to Abraham Lincoln, along with an American Indian proverb covering this subject.
In the context of the malicious smear campaigns, it should come as no surprise that Spencer C. Young will continue to be unrelenting in his quest to resurrect his once esteemed personal and professional reputations, which were deliberately and systematically sullied in the name of greed by Morgan Stanley/Kirkland & Ellis.

Project Atlas This merchant banking paradigm can be applied to virtually any form of lending. Identified are the industry executives who had signed on to work with Spencer C. Young on this initiative (the "Atlas Team"), leveraging off of the IQ® ("Institutional Quality") CMBS franchise success they collectively helped create. Business plans from each of the Atlas Team leaders are accessible by hyper-link, providing overwhelming confirmation of Mr. Young's mounting claims, and insight into what Project Atlas is all about. Although squelched by Morgan Stanley in 2003-04, a modified version of it has even more relevance today. Moreover this section provides overwhelming evidence proving Morgan Stanley's audacious employment related fraud, and their associated tortious interference in the lives of countless others.

Attorneys Behaving Badly The astonishing behavior of certain New York employment attorneys are reviewed, with access to evidentiary documents available by hyper-link. Malpractice and ethics violations are noted, including blatant instances of obstructing justice by Morgan Stanley and Kirkland & Ellis. As a result, Spencer C. Young's "slam dunk" NASD Claim against Morgan Stanley has NEVER been heard, thanks in part to corruption observed within the NYS Supreme Court's Disciplinary Committee, which is also revealed.
The resultant denial of Mr. Young's constitutional right to legal due process is an outrage and must be rectified -- and at substantially larger claim amounts, perhaps taking the form of a multi-party or class-action civil lawsuit against Morgan Stanley at the Federal level. Legal malpractice claims predicated on fraud are also likely when MorganStanleyGate is fully exposed.

NASD Arbitration Improprieties Spencer C. Young's efforts to amicably resolve the employment-related fraud perpetrated by Morgan Stanley are reviewed in this section. As Morgan Staney rebuffed all such overtures, Mr. Young filed a claim with the NASD seeking recompense for breach of contract, promissory estoppel (failure to make good on express promises), defamation and tortious interference.
Improprieties at the NASD are also exposed, involving obstruction of justice and the denial of due process, all of which were orchestrated by Morgan Stanley and Kirkland & Ellis, and paid for via "carrots" (i.e., bartered favors) and "sticks" (or extortive threats).
