   Overview

Overview of MorganStanleyGate

An overview of the scandal instigated by Morgan Stanley with numerous elements paralleling that of Watergate.  Never has a Morgan Stanley "insider" been the target of such wrath, and able to expose the extent of Morgan Stanley's ruthless and unlawful culture . . . that is until now.

   Audience

The Intended Audience

This website is intended for a diverse audience as the subject matter is multifaceted, highly relevant and of importance to many.  This website is a "call to arms" to those fed up with: (1) banking industry abuses; (2) unethical attorneys; (3) corrupt public officials; and (4) the dehumanization of a growing populace whose fundamental rights as U.S. citizens are being taken away.

   How It Began

How It Began

Relevant published artistic works by Spencer C. Young provide further insight on how MorganStanleyGate began:

⇨ Article:  "An Autumn Day Like No Other"
⇨ Poems "The Countermand of Valor" and a few Haiku poems

   Crimes

The Crimes Committed

This section covers the crimes associated with MorganStanleyGate, which include: Fraud, Racketeering, Extortion, Sabotage, Corruption and Assassinations (of reputations, livelihoods, and, if necessary, people) -- collectively referred to as "FRESCA" crimes.

   Career

Career Milestones

Spencer C. Young's career achievements are reviewed here, spanning roughly three decades in real estate investment, banking and corporate finance.  This information provides relevant context toward revealing Morgan Stanley's deliberate and systematic dismantling of Mr. Young's professional career and personal reputation.

   How It's Done

Destroying Lives: Methodology to How It's Done

How Morgan Stanley and Kirkland & Ellis employed "Machiavellian" tactics in MorganStanleyGate, intending to destroy Spencer C. Young's career, reputation, marriage, family and livelihood.  Also included are anecdotal instances where they were exposed in previous high-profile scandals behaving similarly with billionaire financier Ron Perelman, and former employees Allison Schieffelin and Christian Curry (an Associate who worked for Mr. Young just prior to the scandal exploding in the national headlines).

   Smears

The New York Smear Campaign

The smear campaign mounted against Spencer C. Young in New York is reviewed, and evidenced by the " 97 Big Fat Lies " included in Morgan Stanley's response to Mr. Young's NASD Claim. Five BFL's are analyzed and are the more common word-of-mouth smears attributed to Morgan Stanley from others in the CMBS industry. The evidence in this section reveals why Morgan Stanley and Kirkland & Ellis went to extensive lengths to prevent Mr. Young's case from being heard.

   Detractor

An Unlikely Detractor

Supplementing the localized smear campaigns targeting Spencer C. Young in New York and North Carolina, Morgan Stanley and Kirkland and Ellis  ("MS/K&E") recruited a cyber-stalking blogger to continue their efforts to further marginalize him.  This section reviews an exceptionally well-written, but vitriolic entry by this  blogger, who is a middle aged jazz singer and notary living in San Francisco.  She appears to be a most unlikely detractor -- except when you consider she is a former Kirkland & Ellis' employee, and realize she is NOT the author of the blog entry.

   Reputation

The Importance of Reputation

This section underscores the importance of reputation with a poetic work derived from quote attributed to Abraham Lincoln, along with an American Indian proverb covering this subject.  In the context of the referenced smear campaigns, Spencer C. Young is unrelenting in his quest to resurrect his once esteemed personal and professional reputations, which were systematically sullied in the name of greed by Morgan Stanley/Kirkland & Ellis.

   Project Atlas

Project Atlas

This merchant banking paradigm can be applied to virtually ANY form of lending.  Identified are the industry executives who signed on to work with Spencer C. Young on this initiative (the "Atlas Team"), leveraging off of the IQ® ("Institutional Quality") CMBS franchise success they collectively helped create.  Business plans from each of the Atlas Team leaders are accessible by hyper-link, providing overwhelming evidence of Morgan Stanley's employment-related fraud, and insight into what Project Atlas is all about.

   Monetary Claims

The Monetary Claims

Spencer C. Young's civil monetary claims against Morgan Stanley are reviewed in this section.  The basis for deriving the initial claim filed with the NASD is included, as well as the how these claims were increased as additional information became known, and their transgressions mounted in their cover-up efforts.
