   The Day

The Morgan Stanley / Kirkland & Ellis Network of Corruption

The "Tactics" employed in this matter have been executed by "Agents" at the grassroots level, pursuant to a time-tested approach honed by two "Sponsors" or "Antagonists" who collaborate to viciously attack any person or organization deemed to be a threat to the Sponsors' franchise, and therefore becomes the "Target" of transgressions, pursuant to what is best described as Machiavellian Objectives.  These transgressions are executed by "Agents", pursuant to guidance provided through multiple "Operatives", who in turn receive their directives from the Sponsor's "Confidants", who are the only counterparties the Sponsors interact with.  And this is a simplification of the many covert byzantine "Corruption Networks" these Sponsors have established over the years.

Accordingly, the "Agents" who do the Sponsor's dirty-work are not aware of the Sponsor's involvement, and are therefore mere Pawns.  These Pawns are are directed/influenced by these Operatives through use of either a: (i) "Carrot" (i.e., if Task A is successfully completed, they will receive a "Reward", typically in the form of a Bartered Favor, such as a lucrative business referral); or a(ii) "Stick" (i.e., if Task B is NOT completed, a threatened "Punishment", which is often unspecified will ensue).  In some instances, local Operatives identify an Agent pursuing an agenda against the Protagonist that coincides with the Sponsor's objectives -- in this case, such an unwitting Agent will suddenly receive unexpected "Assistance" from others who would otherwise never do so.

The Players

In the matter at hand, the Players are:

Protagonist (or "Target"):  Spencer C. Young and his affiliated companies (see www.SCYINV.com for background and particulars)

Antagonists (or "Sponsors"):  Morgan Stanley and Kirkland & Ellis (see www.MEVEP.com for details)

Confidants:  These include senior law enforcement officials, partners at law firms, judges, arbitrators who regularly interact with and are corrupted by one of the Sponsors, who are in a decision making position with vested authorities over others, to make decisions that are pernicious to the Target

Operatives:  These can include attorneys, government officials, judges, business/community leaders at the local level -- basically anyone vested with authority over others who can be influenced to make decisions and take actions against the Target but do not directly interact with the Target, nor are they aware of the identity or existence of the Sponsors

Agents (or "Pawns"):  These can be anyone who directly interacts with the Target, or takes actions that directly impact the Target.

The Hope

While heartened by Barack Obama’s election and promise of “Change We Can Believe In”, efforts to overcome this injustice have heretofore been met with “No-You-Can’t!”

If these misdeeds are merely investigated, and those able to assist, actually do, a powerful force of truth and productive achievement will be unleashed and propagate “in the timeless spirit of a people – ‘Yes We Can!’ ”…and the pain may finally ebb.
